Clearwater Beach coastal area real estate types available include mostly single-family homes, several complexes and high rise apartments, a few small apartment buildings, and a small number of mobile homes. Most houses were built between 1960 and 1984. Some well established older homes were built between 1940 and 1959, and a few newer homes were built after 1985.
Real estate in Clearwater has appreciated approximately 25 to 30 percent per year over the past five to six years.
